Briefly about the course
The course builds on AI for project managers and gives you practical insight into how AI can be used in projects.
You will learn how to optimally utilize AI in all project phases, with concrete techniques for better decision support, increased efficiency, and improved documentation and communication flow in projects.
This course differs from the introductory course in that it goes deeper into the practical everyday life of the project manager, with a focus on the use of AI as a support tool in management and implementation.
Target group
The course is tailored for project managers and anyone who works with projects.
It is assumed that you have participated in the introductory course » AI for project managers » or have equivalent basic knowledge of generative AI and prompt engineering.

The course is conducted with practical exercises and case-based learning, where we work with tasks that reflect key activities in the project process. The examples and cases are continuously updated to reflect the rapid development.
Participants work actively in groups and receive close follow-up to ensure effective learning that can be used in their own projects. Participants must bring their own PC, with a Copilot Chat or Copilot 365 license that has access to build AI agents. Or ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise license.

Ilse Johansen
Ilse is a manager at Metier Digital and is passionate about innovation and technology. She has extensive experience in digitalization projects, and over the past year has acquired both strategic and practical expertise in AI by assisting clients with its implementation. She holds a Diploma in Project Management from SKEMA Business School, is a certified PRINCE2® Practitioner and PRINCE2® Agile Foundation, and is certified in MOP® Foundation, MSP® Foundation, Leading SAFe® and ICAgile Certified Professional-Agile Coach.
Olav Omejer
Olav is a consultant at Metier Management Consulting and has a keen interest in new technology and artificial intelligence. Since he started working at Metier, he has been involved in AI projects internally and externally towards customers, and has acquired good strategic and practical expertise within AI. He is also part of Metier’s AI team. He is certified in PRINCE2® Agile Foundation.
Ragnar Ek
Ragnar is a skilled trainer with expertise in project management, uncertainty management, AI, planning and corporate governance. He is known for his engaging communication skills and practical approach. In addition to teaching, he actively works to build competence and streamline projects using modern tools such as artificial intelligence (AI). His certification in «AI for Project Managers» has given him a solid foundation for integrating AI into project work, which has been shown to increase efficiency and quality in deliveries.
